Pioneering Inorganic Pigment Chemistry Since 2009
From our integrated manufacturing complex in Hathras, India, RS Pigments manufactures high-purity synthetic Ultramarine Blue, Ultramarine Violet, and NANOX advanced pigments for leading compounders across 30+ international markets.
Engineering Color Consistency with Advanced Thermal Calcination
Synthetic Ultramarine Blue is one of the most chemically complex inorganic pigments to manufacture. It requires an exact ratio of kaolin clay, sulfur, anhydrous sodium carbonate, and reducing agents heated under strictly controlled atmospheric cycles to form its sodalite cage crystal lattice.
At our Hathras plant, our automated multi-chamber kilns, computerized thermal monitoring, and counter-current wet washing systems remove unreacted free sulfur and soluble salts. This ensures that every metric ton dispatched matches strict international spectrophotometric tolerances (ΔE ≤ 0.8).
Full EU REACH Registered
Direct export to Europe via designated Only Representative (OR) with tonnage tracking.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Standardized laboratory testing for every batch: tint strength, FPV, and moisture.
Key Leadership Team
Our Journey of Technological Advancement
Fifteen years of continuous thermal kiln engineering, automated purification scaling, and product innovation serving masterbatch and coatings manufacturers globally.
Where It All Started
Commissioned our first specialized multi-chamber ultramarine blue production kiln in Hathras, establishing localized thermal calcination capabilities.
Automated Washing & Micronization
Scaled automated counter-current wet washing and jet micronization lines, dramatically reducing free sulfur and soluble salts for polymer-grade applications.
Industrial Plant Expansion
Constructed a dedicated manufacturing plant optimized for high-tinting-strength industrial grades tailored specifically for masterbatch compounders.
Doubling Metric Capacity
Commissioned a brand-new facility doubling aggregate metric tonnage to meet surging procurement demand across Europe, Latin America, and North America.
Standalone Ultramarine Violet (PV 15)
Inaugurated a dedicated standalone thermal calcination facility engineered exclusively for Pigment Violet 15, expanding our inorganic pigment spectrum.
NANOX Formulation Launch
Introduced ultra-low sulfur (< 0.05%), sub-0.1% moisture NANOX formulations delivering FPV < 0.5 bar/g for high-speed fiber spinning and thin-film extrusion.
Partner with a Direct Primary Manufacturer
Eliminate intermediary markups and secure factory-direct container shipments with full technical CoA documentation.
